As a Senior Product Designer at PDF Expert you will solve customer and business problems and provide additional product value by defining, designing, and maintaining PDF Expert on all platforms (iPadOS, iOS, and macOS), supporting our product development plans and business goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Define, design, and consistently improve the PDF Expert experience across multiple platforms (iOS, iPadOS, MacOS).
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and top-quality interface designs with a primary focus on addressing customer needs through customer-centered and data-driven design decisions.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Drive product design initiatives that have a direct impact on product strategy and business metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
  • Collaborate with partners in product, engineering, marketing, and analytics to create and implement product design solutions.
  • Contribute to an impact-driven design culture focused on continuous learning and growth. Play an active role in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and enjoyable working environment.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions. A portfolio presented in a case study format is a big plus.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, coupled with proficiency in industry-leading tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex design challenges.
  • Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate product design decisions and advocate for new ideas or initiatives.
  • A driven self-starter, experienced in taking ownership of the direction of ambiguous projects.
  • Experience in contributing to design systems and/or participating in product redesigns is a plus.
  • Have a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative, dynamic, and supportive work environment that inspires creativity and innovation.
