As a Product Researcher at Readdle, you will be instrumental in guiding the evolution of the Spark Mail app by providing in-depth insights into our users' behaviors, needs, and challenges. Your role will be crucial in shaping future product strategies and ensuring that the functionalities we build resonate well with our target audience, delivering exceptional value.
What Will You Do in This Role:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, pain points, and requirements using various methods such as interviews, surveys, prototype testing, and leveraging our VIP user community.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver actionable insights that influence product design and strategy.
- Share research findings in clear, concise, and compelling ways through written reports and oral presentations, tailored to drive decision-making across the company.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of product features through user testing, feedback analysis, and data-driven insights, leading to iterative improvements and enhanced user experiences.
- Organize and facilitate Q&A sessions with our VIP user community to foster deeper engagement and gather valuable feedback.
About You:
- Proven experience in product research or a similar role within the technology industry, particularly in mobile and desktop application environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in presenting research findings to a variety of audiences.
- Fluent spoken English for conducting interviews with English-speaking Spark users, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Exceptional questioning skills - proficient at crafting and asking insightful questions that uncover deep user insights and lead to actionable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of how research integrates into product development.
Would Be a Plus:
- Previous experience working with email client software or productivity tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools to help organize/ summarize data when needed.
