What you will do in this role:
- Analyze data patterns to uncover business growth opportunities, identify trends, and root causes behind metric shifts.
- Create dashboards to track marketing and product performance and give teams actionable insights.
- Analyze marketing channels’ ROI, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns, and reveal product usage patterns.
- Manage and continually evolve data structure within the marketing automation platform, Hubspot.
- Report your findings with easy-to-understand data visualizations, communicate insights, and provide solutions with tangible results.
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations based on data collected.
- Set up tracking and guide the execution of marketing campaigns, including supporting attribution, automation, audience segmentation, and execution strategy.
- Assist in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing 3rd party and internal tools to enhance product and marketing analytics.
- 2+ years of experience as Data/Product/Marketing Analyst
- High-level SQL skills (BigQuery preferred)
- Understanding of key business metrics and user behavior in the B2B and SaaS sphere
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau or other BI systems
- Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics platforms.
- Detail-oriented personality; enjoys problem-solving and being challenged; with strong analytical skills
- Experience in data retrieval, data manipulation, and tracking setup
- Ability to validate and verify detailed information to ensure the accuracy of data
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Experience with A/B testing on websites
- Python and/or R knowledge
- Higher education (applied mathematics, statistics, other technical specialties)
- Assisted in implementing and administering a Marketing automation solution such as HubSpot, Braze, Marketo, or Customer.io
- Some data modeling experience is a big plus
