We work hard to provide a generous benefits package and are constantly evolving to make sure it supports our team wherever they are. Here are just a few of the many benefits you can expect.

Apple Device Program

Our journey in creating apps started with Apple products. We want everyone to have the opportunity to try our applications. That's why we offer a program that partially covers the costs of your new Apple devices.

English Program

We cover 50% of the cost for any lessons without limitations (in groups or individually with the teacher). We have internal courses so you can join any time.

Readdle Discount Club

It’s an opportunity to receive discounts on goods or services from our partners and friends.

Sports Program

To support our well-being, health and work-life balance, Readdle covers 50% of the cost for any sports activity.

Library

There is no need to describe the benefits of reading! You can use the existing books and ebooks from Readdle library or request something additional.

Education

Readdle will reimburse up to 100% of eligible programs, books, courses, conferences, depending on how relevant and valuable they are to your role and the business. If an educational program is required for your work or is part of your agreed development plan, reimbursement will always be at 100%.

Generous Time Off

Standard policy in your country applies. Plus, we have 5 days off each year that can be used for any ad-hoc activities that might arise.

Insurance

We provide high-quality medical insurance (in Ukraine), that covers the top private clinics (around Ukraine) and includes diagnostics services, outpatient care (incl. COVID-19 cases) and inpatient care, emergency help, and medicines provision. We really care about you staying well and healthy!

Team Building

We are constantly growing, new team members appear, new non-trivial tasks arise, and sometimes we need activities to raise team spirit, restore energy, and just spend time with the team-mates outside the work environment.
