We're looking for a Compensation/Payroll Manager to join our Finance team. You will have an opportunity to enhance your skills in crafting compensation structures that align with both local market conditions and global business strategies. This role is ideal for those who enjoy analyzing trends, forecasting, and using insights to craft strategies that have a tangible impact on the business.
What you’ll do:
- Compensation Management. Execute monthly compensation calculations and reporting for the Readdle Team. Ensure adherence to local payroll regulations across all countries where Readdle operates, incorporating best practices.
- Compliance and Record Keeping. Maintain precise records and reports of compensation transactions. Stay informed/execute relevant research about new tax laws and regulations that could impact compensation management.
- Compensation Planning. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies and plans designed to attract and retain top talent.
- Benefits Administration. Manage the administration of benefits for team members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in conjunction with compensation operations.
- Compensation Automation Management. Oversee and enhance compensation software systems, focusing on increasing process efficiencies and data integrity. Prioritize the automation of compensation processes to the greatest extent possible.
- Team Collaboration. Collaborate closely with HR and treasury teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation functions and to address any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Analysis. Generate precise compensation reports for management review and contribute to financial planning and budget oversight.
- Employee Queries. Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation issues, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
About you:
- 5+ years of compensation experience in a managerial role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics BC.
- Understanding of payroll-related regulations in Ukraine, the UK, Germany, Ireland, and the US; compliance issues, and benefits administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
