The Head of Talent Acquisition will drive our growth by leading Readdle talent acquisition function. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates in the tech space, focusing on the talent that raises the bar and brings the next level of expertise to the team, which is on the verge of a significant transformation from a successful yet a bit chaotic tech scale-up into a systemic organization.  

As a strategic business partner, the Head of Talent Acquisition will work closely with company leaders, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to ensure our team scales effectively and that the people we hire strengthen our capability to deliver on our goals successfully. 

What will you do: 

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates in the tech industry across multiple countries.
  • Utilize headhunting and targeted search techniques to fill critical and strategic roles within the organization.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Be hands-on in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Lead by example and work on hiring several strategic positions hands-on. 

Business Partnership:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance and support on team scaling.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview processes, and assessment criteria.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Provide training and workshops to hiring managers to ensure they are skilled and equipped to conduct effective interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments. 

Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, industry events, and relationships with external partners.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on recruitment metrics and progress.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 talent acquisition professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.


About you: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on the tech industry.
  • Proven experience in headhunting and targeted search for key roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and hands-on experience in all stages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
