We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team and help us drive our mission of bringing top talent to Readdle and shaping the future of our amazing team!
What you will do in this role:
- Own and drive a full-cycle recruiting process for multiple roles
- Liaise as a partner and advisor for hiring managers and executives to understand business priorities and goals and establish an efficient hiring process
- Design creative sourcing strategies to find and attract top talents and convert them into candidates
- Assess the candidate’s fit into the company and the role while being able to promote the opportunity
- Maintain and analyze candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse), work with recruitment metrics
- Build smooth and trusted relationships with candidates and ensure the best candidate experience
- Active networking, building strong talent pools
- Be Readdle’s brand ambassador and take part in Employer Branding initiatives
About you
- 4-5 years of experience with in-house recruiting in a software company
- Proven experience in hiring in EU market (Poland, Germany, etc.)
- Solid experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles both technical and non-technical
- Understanding of the multi-cultural environment
- Technical acumen to match the right talents
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
- Ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- High level of time-management and self-organization
- Advanced level of English
