Readdle’s Infrastructure team is looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to help build and maintain internal tools and services that support our products and engineering workflows. This role involves both backend and frontend development, with a focus on creating reliable, scalable solutions for internal teams.
What will you do:
- Developing Backend and Frontend functionality
- Writing unit and functional tests for new and existing code
- Writing documentation for new and existing parts of the projects
- Communicate with other team members to share knowledge
- Communicate with other teams and stakeholders on owned tasks (developers, designers, QA, support, marketing)
- Propose solutions for different problems
- Identify, localize, and fix issues or security problems
About you:
- Proficiency in Core Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proficiency in PHP, understanding differences between old and new versions
- Strong knowledge of Symfony framework with production experience
- REST API understanding with experience in API architecture
- Experience with task queues and background job processing
- Experience with back-end testing frameworks
- Understanding of microservices architecture, its principles, and challenges
- Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
- Understanding of logging, monitoring, and tracing tools
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of Modern JavaScript Frameworks like React
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Familiarity with tools like Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure
- Ability to mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and drive technical decisions within the team
