Our mission is to simplify complex processes like inspections, compliance, and equipment monitoring, so our customers can stay focused on staying safe and productive. We’re hiring a Strategic Copywriter to shape our brand voice and messaging across platforms. You’ll help introduce Fluix to new audiences, build trust with field professionals, and position us as a reliable partner in the field services space.If you’re a storyteller who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content—we want to hear from you.
What you will do:
- Write, test, and optimize CTAs and microcopy to guide users through the funnel
- Maintain consistent voice and messaging hierarchy aligned with Fluix’s brand personality.
- Audit and refresh existing web pages for clarity, SEO alignment, and conversion performance.
- Co-create a content strategy for LinkedIn, and manage the corresponding content calendar.
- Participate in conversations across LI groups, business and private accounts, threads, comments, etc.
- Create a paid sponsorship strategy and process for organic posts with the biggest engagement, and run SM experiments.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers/ content creators/industry thought leaders with the relevant audiences.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, product managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
- Gather insights, information, and feedback to inform the content.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience of copywriting and creating content for B2B product companies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing B2B-focused content across multiple formats (examples could include social media posts, campaign assets, interview-driven content, creative campaigns).
- Practical experience with content creation tools, social media management tools, content calendars, and basic performance reporting.
- Perfect writing skills, including strong grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Experience with managing company pages on LinkedIn and other business specific platforms and forums; understanding each platform's best practices.
- Ability to build genuine relationships, foster conversation, and represent Fluix thoughtfully in online communities.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe, etc.), SMM tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and content management tools (Google Docs, plagiarism checkers (e.g. Copyscape), writing assistants (e.g. Grammarly, Hemingway, Readable), ChatGPT.).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in marketing, digital advertising, content strategy, or copywriting are a strong advantage.
