As a Senior Product Designer at PDF Expert you will solve customer and business problems and provide additional product value by defining, designing, and maintaining PDF Expert on all platforms (iPadOS, iOS, and macOS), supporting our product development plans and business goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Constantly challenge user experiences, user flows and interface part of the product by applying new technologies, expertise, and knowledge.
  • Conduct research to develop a deep understanding of the core of a problem to be solved.
  • Ideate and come up with a range of potential solutions and new possibilities for further product development.
  • Provide experiments, initiatives, and product improvements calling for additional values for our customers and, therefore for the business.
  • Based on CJs, design user flows and needed UI (not limited to GUI); prototypes to test and validate hypotheses.
  • Provide high-fidelity design outcomes meeting accepted quality level at the team.
  • Ensure customer-first and data-driven design decisions.
  • Gather and analyze customers’ feedback, cases, data, and stats to learn from them and improve the product further.
  • Design data-informed solutions by taking into account existing constraints, business, and customer needs.


About you:

  • You’ve proven 4+ years (or 5+ major releases made where you played a crucial part) of product design experience.
  • You’ve a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, Apple’s HIG and ecosystem, and a great sense of typography, composition, and conceptual thinking.
  • You excel in major design and prototyping tools.
  • You’re willing to learn and adopt new skills and knowledge fast, in a suitable way for the business.
  • You’re a team player and have related work experience.
  • You're an easy-going and open-minded person.
  • Your English speaking and writing skills at an intermediate or higher level.
