Finance Associate (Cost Analyst)

We're looking for a Finance Associate (Cost Analyst) to join our Finance team to take over Subscriptions/card payments and Travel Cost management and start optimization initiatives for both processes. One of the main challenges for the Finance Associate will be managing multiple financial tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Additionally, adapting to the fast-paced environment at Readdle may require the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently under time pressure.

In this role, you will gain expertise in financial analysis and process optimization and exposure to various financial systems (including MS Dynamics, Travel Perk, Expensify, Jira, etc) and tools used in the tech industry. Also, this is a great opportunity to boost communication and collaboration skills by working closely with cross-functional teams.

About you: 
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (incl. MS Dynamics or similar system).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to think fast and creatively solve the issue.
  • Experience in process change implementation 
  • Previous experience in Big4 and Tech or startup environment.

Will be a plus: 

  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
  • Certification such as CPA or CFA.
