As a Performance Creative will develop and deliver high-performing creative assets that drive user acquisition, app installs, and paid subscriptions across Meta, TikTok, and display advertising platforms. With a strong emphasis on data-driven design, this role is essential for supporting Readdle’s strategic objectives. It entails ongoing creative experimentation, optimization, and close collaboration with marketing teams to meet and exceed performance metrics, including increased click-through rates (CTR), improved conversion rates, and subscriber growth.
What you will do:
- Lead creative execution for campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and display ads
- Develop and deliver video and static creative assets, ensuring quality and optimization for engagement
- Use A/B testing to experiment with new creative concepts and optimize performance
- Analyze data to iterate designs, improving key metrics like click-through and conversion rates
- Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
About you:
- 3+ years of experience designing for Meta, TikTok, and display ads
- Experience in subscription-based business models and user acquisition campaigns
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation for ads
- Experience using AI to scale static and video ads
- Data-driven design: experience applying user insights, consumer trends, and data to inform and iterate on creative direction
- Experience in landing page creative development to improve conversion rate and revenue growth
- Strong expertise in creative design software like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
- In-depth understanding of best practices for Meta, TikTok, and display advertising (IAB standard ad sizes, responsive formats, video durations)
- Experience with A/B testing and adjusting creatives based on data insights
