What will you do:
Sales-related responsibilities:
- Lead product demonstrations, showcasing technical aspects and aligning solutions with customer needs.
- Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions and evaluate product fit for customer use cases.
- Map customer business processes and design tailored workflows in Fluix to support proof of concept (POC) initiatives.
- Adjust processes based on customer feedback and provide detailed handovers to the customer success team.
- Build complex PDF forms for demonstration purposes to highlight Fluix’s capabilities.
- Use Javascript knowledge to build more advanced PDF forms for prospective clients.
- Design and implement integrations with industry-leading tools like Salesforce.
- Develop workflows that automate data synchronization between Fluix and external systems via APIs, webhooks, and prefilling mechanisms.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, development teams, and third-party vendors.
- Lead evaluations of security requirements, including filling out detailed security questionnaires.
Product-related responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrations through Webhook and Web/DAV knowledge
- Create custom integrations for pre-sales and customer projects, enabling tailored workflows.
- Facilitate strategic communication between sales and product teams, converting customer feedback into actionable development tasks.
- Author JIRA tickets with detailed research and real-life examples to address feature requests.
- Ensure technical feedback is communicated between both the sales and product teams to the benefit of the prospect customers’ needs.
About you:
- Understanding of software architecture and workflow design.
- Experience with JavaScript for front-end or back-end development.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for PDF form creation and manipulation.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise languag
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of presenting technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A desire to provide excellent support to the sales team, and the prospect.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with document management systems (DMS).
- Previous experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role.
- Knowledge of cloud based platforms.
