What you will do:
- Define and execute a data-driven, market-leading product strategy aligned with Fluix’s business goals.
- Personally drive critical initiatives — from product design decisions to feature delivery — where needed.
- Define and execute a clear PLG strategy — including free trials, self-serve onboarding, and in-app feature discovery — to drive user acquisition and expansion.
- Assess current analytics mechanisms and metrics, Implement analytics (where needed) to track user behavior, uncover friction points, and iterate for better conversion and retention.
- Design product experiences that encourage virality, referrals, and organic growth, reducing reliance on paid channels.
- Develop, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers, Designers, and UX Researchers.
- Deliver measurable improvements in customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth through product innovations.
- Align product development with sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure unified go-to-market execution.
About you:
- Proven experience in defining and executing data-driven, market-leading product strategies, ideally within a SaaS business.
- Demonstrated ability to personally drive critical product initiatives, encompassing product design and feature delivery.
- Strong understanding and successful implementation of Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, including free trials, self-serve onboarding, and in-app feature discovery.
- Proficiency in assessing and implementing analytics mechanisms to track user behavior, identify friction points, and drive product iteration for improved conversion and retention.
- Experience in designing product experiences that foster virality, referrals, and organic growth.
- A track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams of Product Managers, Designers, and UX Researchers.
- A history of delivering measurable improvements in customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth through product innovation.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align product development with sales, marketing, and engineering for unified go-to-market execution.
