Currently, we are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager for Fluix, who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the voice of the Fluix brand across social media platforms, building engagement and awareness, and positioning Fluix as a thought leader within the B2B tech space.

 

What will you do:

  • Develop and manage Fluix’s presence on social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram, creating and implementing content strategies and calendars.
  • Create engaging content and visual assets in collaboration with the design team.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices, and actively participate in relevant conversations to position Fluix as a thought leader.
  • Develop paid sponsorship strategies and run social media experiments to optimize engagement.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to content plans.
  • Lead creative awareness campaigns (at least one per quarter) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Explore Reddit to identify active communities, participate in discussions, and gather insights to inform content creation.
  • Design and implement employee advocacy programs, creating resource libraries to support team engagement.
  • Demonstrate awareness of the EU market, incorporating regional trends and audience preferences into social media strategies.
  • Build relationships with influencers and thought leaders, collaborating on campaigns to amplify reach.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and subject matter experts to align content with strategic goals.
  • Embrace company values, foster positive teamwork, and proactively seek growth opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly across teams, adapt to changes, and propose ideas to improve social presence and community engagement. 

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for B2B product companies, with a portfolio of content across various formats.
  • Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging, and adaptable style, tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of paid sponsorship strategies to boost organic content.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn pages and understanding best practices for business platforms.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and thought leaders.
  • Basic skills with design tools (Figma, Canva) and content management systems (Google Docs, Grammarly).
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent English. 

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or automation industries.
  • Certifications in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital advertising.
  • Previous experience in community management or influencer collaboration.
  • Familiarity with emerging platforms like Reddit and their community dynamics.
