What you will do:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation and maintenance of computer systems and networks
  • Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and security measures regularly 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal users
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and system access
  • Manage asset lifecycle: from IT equipment ordering to tracking and utilisation
  • Prepare and configure accounts, devices, and access for new employees
  • Maintain a secure and stable IT environment, aligned with internal policies and best practices

About you:

  • Confident working in the Linux command line (mid-level)
  • Solid experience working with macOS and the Apple ecosystem (devices, system preferences, configuration, etc.)
  • Basic experience with AWS and GCP
  • Hands-on experience with asset management
  • Client- and customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience managing Google Workspace
  • Solid communication skills with English at B1–B2 level and fluent Ukrainian 
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe and the UK

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with JIRA/JSM administration
  • Understanding or hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Linux or network certifications
  • Experience managing MDM solutions (preferably JAMF)
