We’re looking for a Performance Creative Designer, who combines creativity with a data-driven mindset and knows how to craft compelling visuals that convert. You’ll focus on producing high-performing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and display platforms to support user acquisition and paid growth.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and display channels
  • Brainstorm and execute creative concepts in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives based on A/B test results and performance data
  • Align visuals with campaign goals, platform-specific best practices, and brand guidelines
  • Monitor trends in advertising and apply best-performing techniques
  • Manage and organize creative files with version control across multiple projects
  • Contribute to landing page creative development to support conversion

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience designing for Meta, TikTok, and/or display ads
  • Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or Final Cut)
  • Experience with A/B testing and applying data insights to improve creatives
  • Understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition strategies
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketers, growth, and product teams
  • English — upper-intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with subscription-based mobile apps or SaaS products
  • Skills in motion design or animation for ads
  • Experience using AI tools to scale creative production
  • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar for analyzing performance
  • Knowledge of consumer psychology in advertising
