Readdle is a pioneering force in the personal productivity space on Apple devices, having shaped the landscape since 2007. Our mission is to empower individuals and teams with innovative technology, enhancing their efficiency and creativity. We are dedicated to crafting exceptional mobile and desktop experiences for those who aspire to achieve more.

Currently, we’re looking for a proactive, curious, and organized Associate Product Manager to join our Calendars team. This is a limited-time opportunity to start your career in Product Management and gain hands-on experience in building impactful products.

About the role: As an Associate Product Manager, you will drive product tasks forward and help the team overcome any roadblocks along the way. You will keep everyone in the loop by sharing updates and ensuring alignment with company processes.

And beyond execution, you’ll dig into research and data, turning raw information into meaningful insights and reports that fuel smarter product decisions.

What you will do in this role

  • Keep our future development plans organized in Jira, turning team discussions and ideas into clear documentation.
  • Make sure the Jira backlog always reflects the latest priorities and progress.
  • Run targeted research based on the approved design and bring fresh insights to the team.
  • Collect, track, and analyze product KPIs to help measure what’s working and what needs improvement.
  • Lead engaging product demos that showcase new features and progress.
  • Create presentations that clearly communicate updates and stories, both for internal teams and external audiences.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional subteams, ensuring alignment across the teams

About you:

  • Strong Communication & Collaboration: clear and concise written and verbal communication in English, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with colleagues.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (B2+) is a must
  • Basic understanding of product metrics, funnels, and the product development lifecycle
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze information, identify problems, and propose solutions
  • Adaptability & Learning Agility: The ability to adapt to new information, learn quickly, and be flexible in a dynamic environment.

 Limited-Time Opportunity!
Apply by November 11, 2025 to be considered.

Next steps: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a test task — your chance to show your thinking and skills. Only applications with a completed test task will be considered for further review.
