Today, products like Calendars, PDF Expert, Scanner Pro, Documents, and Spark are used by millions worldwide. To continue our growth, we are looking for a Head of Analytics to lead our Analytics & Insights function and ensure Readdle operates on trusted, actionable data.
As the Head of Analytics, you will oversee all aspects of Readdle’s Analytics & Insights department. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and reliability, building financial and performance models, and generating insights that guide product and marketing decisions.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of growth analysts, data engineers, and a data scientist — making sure each analyst is embedded in a product team while maintaining consistent standards across the company. Reporting to the VP of Consumer apps, this role is central to ensuring Readdle’s continued growth through data-driven decision making.
What You Will Do
- Own Readdle’s analytics data infrastructure, governance, and reporting systems.
- Deliver product financial models (recurring revenue, churn, LTV, CAC) and forecasting.
- Ensure reliable attribution and reporting for performance marketing activities.
- Oversee experimentation processes — from hypothesis to reporting.
- Provide proactive insights and KPI signalization across all products.
- Deliver dashboards, reports, and “State of the User” updates for executives and investors.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across the portfolio.
- Manage the analytics budget, including data tooling and processing costs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team.
About You
- Proven experience in leading analytics teams, ideally in SaaS, consumer apps, or subscription businesses.
- Strong background in product and marketing analytics, including experimentation and attribution.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting (LTV, CAC, churn, revenue).
- Hands-on knowledge of modern data stacks (e.g., BigQuery, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, Python).
- Experience with data governance, pipelines, and warehouse architecture.
- Strong leadership skills — able to manage a diverse analytics team and collaborate with executives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
