We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Front-end focus) to join us as one of the key team members driving the next stage of Documents' growth. In this role, you will scale delivery, start shipping impactful new features, marketing tools, and complex user experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of developing new user-facing features and applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to translate business goals into clear technical requirements and provide accurate time estimates
- Uphold code quality and stability by writing unit and integration tests
- Ensure applications adhere to best practices for user experience, specifically prioritizing SEO and Web Accessibility standards
- Manage the implementation of new and existing third-party integrations critical for product functionality
- Engage in backend development tasks as needed, working with our core backend stack, which includes Node.js, NestJS, Postgres, and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers, give constructive feedback, and share your knowledge on design and best practices
About you:
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and CSS. High proficiency in modern frameworks like Next.js and styling tools like Tailwind CSS
- A solid foundational knowledge of the backend, including working familiarity with NestJS and Postgres
- Understanding of distributed Systems and having practical SQL/ORM skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher; Fluent Ukrainian
- Natural curiosity about technology, constantly exploring new libraries, tools, and trends in the tech world
- Passion for learning and experimentation through pet projects
Would be a plus:
- Experience with AI tools integrations
- Working with tracing tools, like LangFuse, LangChain, etc.
- Understanding of back-end best practices
