Senior Web and Data Analyst - Readdle Consumer Apps

Readdle is looking for a growth-obsessed analyst to help us realize our mission of harnessing technology to positively impact the lives of 1 billion people across the globe. You’ll be closely working in developing and executing Readdle’s analytics vision and strategy., working to drive a best-in-class use of data, reporting, and insights in a high-growth environment.  This is not a job for the faint-hearted.  We’re looking for an analyst who can ensure our tracking is set up right to scale our Product Analytics and get us prime for success.  We want to be famous, and famously loved for changing the world for the better and we want to rewrite the rulebook as we do it.

You should have a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to define and deliver analysis, reporting, and insights to help fuel growth and improve customer experiences. In this role, you will have unique exposure to multiple aspects of the business, including product, technology,  marketing, and operations. You will be looking into analytics to provide insights into our product usage, attribution, event tracking, and other product metrics through GA, Amplitude, GTM, etc. You should be a subject matter expert in Web analytics and be able to provide data-driven insight.

Role:

  • As Web Analyst you will report to the Head of Analytics & Insights and work with VP - Marketing, Marketing Managers, and wider business stakeholders to support our business objectives and growth
  • Turning complex data into actionable business decisions and doing so in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Produce automated tools and dashboards to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key metrics and experiment results
  • Revise the sales funnels across all Readdle products
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization efforts for all acquisition sources
  • Perform and automate regular analysis to evaluate the ROI of Performance media, social media, SEO, and email marketing campaigns
  • Break down the sales funnel and propose steps for conversion rate optimization
  • Track the performance of the Product over time and interpret the changes
  • Track and report on newly released features
  • Track an report on website performance
  • Implementation and maintenance of analytics tools for CRO - website, funnels, media
  • Build dashboards to track the performance of our product and provide product teams with strategic insights
  • Support experiment evaluation of journey changes
  • Control the quality of the data together with the Engineering team
  • Diagnose data quality issues using formal problem-solving techniques and probe underlying issues to generate potential solutions

Requirements:

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with quantitative analysis across a variety of marketing channels, preferably for a Mobile app company
  • Deep experience in snowflake (or any other warehouse), ETL & BI tools
  • Experience with AB testing on consumer websites and mobile apps
  • Strong experience in consumer-facing funnels and metrics analysis, ie. Conversion
  • Some data modeling experience is a big plus
  • Experience in data retrieval, data manipulation, and data analysis to derive insights from data
  • Experience with Appsflyer
  • Experience with Frontend or Mobile app Analysis
  • Deep knowledge of data collection on the mobile & web (JS events tracking)
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in web analytics, including report development or implementation experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture, Amplitude, Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience inconsistency of tags, data layers, and API analytics across an enterprise
  • Knowledge of common statistical methods (regression, classification, resampling, Markov models, etc.) will be advantageous
  • Experience with programming languages (Python/R) – a plus
  • Advanced level of English
