The Social Media Manager we are looking for will be responsible for ensuring that our brand is seen, heard, and loved by members of our existing and potential community. In this role, you will develop and execute a social communications strategy for Spark, including social media, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and PR efforts to build a lasting, engaging presence in the market.
What you’ll do:
- Own and execute Spark’s social media strategy across all channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content.
- Develop and manage content calendars.
- Launch and grow Spark’s TikTok and Instagram presence.
- Define and track KPIs, providing regular reports and insights.
- Engage with Spark’s community and respond to conversations.
- Build relationships with influencers and evangelists.
- Partner with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches.
- Manage social listening to capture opportunities and feedback.
- Stay current on platform trends and test new content formats.

About you:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management for B2C or B2B SaaS brands.
- Proven track record growing social channels (esp. LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram).
- Solid English writing and editing skills (near-native fluency).
- Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs, and reporting.
- Ability to translate complex product benefits into engaging social content.
- Experience with community engagement and influencer outreach.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently and strategically in a fast-paced company.
Would be a plus:
- Familiarity with productivity, communication, or SaaS products.
- Experience with paid social campaigns.
- Design or video editing skills (e.g., Figma, CapCut)
- Experience building ambassador or evangelist programs.
- Prior startup experience.
