Senior Marketing Designer - Readdle Consumer Apps

Marketing designer within the Readdle Marketing team creates all sorts of visual marketing materials, internal resources, supports a brand system for Readdle, and creates assets needed for performance marketing tests.  We expect a candidate with senior-level skills to work for products and brand promotion, wherever there is interaction with the customer in the context of brand awareness and sales.

In this role, you will primarily work with PDF Expert, a cornerstone of our product portfolio, however, your hands will touch every Readdle product according to its need. So basically you will increase ARPU, retention, user engagement, and satisfaction by creating visuals for the product, marketing communications, and user interface with an emotional touch. And of course, clearly communicate the value of the product or its different features by visuals to our users.

What you'll do:

  • Create design materials for communication with the users to show the value of new features, to optimize for conversions/ activation, and to maintain the product’s identity and positioning
  • Design all aspects of marketing initiatives like the in-app, website, campaigns, ads, storytelling, etc., focused on customer experience, creativity, attention to detail, and consistency
  • Create interactive prototypes that communicate emotion and behavior
  • Understand our customers, product, and business strategy to deliver cultural-, product-, customer-specific work results
  • Communicate with product teams and implement feedback to deliver top-quality marketing visuals
  • Collaborate with the marketing design team and product teams in order to improve the design system and design processes

About you:

  • Proven web, graphic, branding related design experience and expertise to create high-quality graphic designs
  • Proficient with modern design toolset (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, etc.)
  • Good knowledge in UI/UX and marketing and psychology
  • A decent level of English to feel confident within the international team
  • Experience working with branding and corporate identities, advertising design, and typography
  • Understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
  • Passion and enthusiasm for all things design with a creative flair
  • Highly creative, motivated and detail-oriented
  • Early adopter and fast learner
  • Ability to cope with several projects at a time
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
