Smart Search
To help you manage dozens of emails, Spark has a gem inside — Smart Search. This feature allows you to use natural language to search your inbox. Let's take a look at some handy ways to use Smart Search.
Search Your Email
Type a search request in the search bar like you would a message to your friend. For example:
- Type ‘Email with a PDF attachment from Mike';
- ‘Unread emails from Mary';
- ‘Pinned message from Booking.com last week'
Mind these words and word combinations for search:
- Small/short/large/oneline emails.
- Forwarded/replied, Forward/reply, Email/emails, Messages/message.
- Starred/flagged.
- For the last week, yesterday, this week, this month, last week, last two weeks, last 2 weeks, last month, last two months.
- From + name/email@mail.com, to + name/email@mail.com.
- In + folder (spam, sent, drafts, name of the folder).
- With + the search word, with links .
- With subject + subject.
- About + the search word.
- Or just type in the search word .
Or whatever you need to search for. Your latest searches are saved as ‘recents'.
Saved Searches
You can save search requests to have instant access to them with just a tap.
- Tap on the ‘lens' icon at the top of your inbox.
- Search for something you need to find.
- Tap on the ‘star' icon next to your request to save it for later.
The ‘Search in' popup allows you to search all of your accounts, or just search within a specific one.
