At Fluix, we are seeking a skilled Product Designer with a deep understanding of mobile product design to join our team. As part of our Product Design Team, you’ll be at the forefront of creating intuitive, visually engaging experiences for iOS and Android users (experience in Web design is a plus). Your role will focus on delivering impactful, user-centered designs that enhance the mobile experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to align with our product goals and seamlessly support the development process from concept to launch.

What you'll do:
  • Design wireframes and flowcharts for user scenarios/user flows
  • Design low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for given tasks
  • Provide assets and other materials which meet all technical requirements and Developer Team needs
  • Validate implemented product design
  • Attend and contribute to the team's meetings
  • Analyze, understand, and communicate product-related issues, ideas, and improvements
  • Challenge existing design processes, highlight problems, and propose improvements
  • Timely inform manager regarding obstacles and problems preventing efficient delivery of expected results
 
About you:
  • Proven 3+ years (major releases made where you played a crucial part) of product design experience
  • You have a strong understanding of human-centered and material design principles, and a great sense of typography, composition, and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent proficiency with major design and prototyping tools
  • Willing to learn and adopt new skills and knowledge fast and in a suitable way for the business
  • You’re a team player and have related work experience
  • Easy-going and open-minded person
  • English speaking and writing skills at an intermediate or higher level
