We are dedicated to crafting exceptional mobile and desktop experiences for those who aspire to achieve more.
Readdle builds productivity apps used by tens of millions of people worldwide, including Spark (a smart email client) and Calendars (a flexible calendar and task planner). We're looking for a senior ASA & ASO Manager to own paid and organic App Store growth for these two products.
What you'll do
- Own the Apple Search Ads strategy for Spark and Calendars end-to-end: keyword research, campaign structure, bidding, budget allocation, and scaling across markets.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to hit target CPA/ROAS and volume goals.
- Drive the ASO strategy for both products, including keyword research, metadata optimization, localization, and conversion rate optimization through creative assets and product page experimentation.
- Monitor rankings, category placement, competitor activity, and App Store algorithm changes; turn findings into action plans.
- Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data/Analytics teams to align ASA/ASO efforts with broader growth and monetization goals.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards; report regularly on spend, installs, CPA, conversion rate, keyword rankings, and overall ASA/ASO performance.
- Manage budgets across multiple markets and prioritize investment based on performance and opportunity.
- Stay current on Apple's ad platform updates, App Store policy changes, and industry best practices.
About you:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience running Apple Search Ads campaigns at scale, ideally for consumer mobile apps.
- Solid, proven track record in App Store Optimization: keyword research tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, FoxData, or similar),, metadata optimization, and creative testing.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with App Store Connect, MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar), and BI tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing meaningful ad budgets and multi-market campaigns.
- Understanding of mobile app funnels, LTV, CPA, and how ASA/ASO connects to broader user acquisition and monetization strategy.
- Excellent English communication skills; comfortable presenting results and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to testing, plus curiosity to keep experimenting as the App Store evolves.
