Recruiting Coordinator

As the Recruiting Coordinator at Readdle, you’ll be primarily responsible for scheduling all candidate interviews and ensuring that candidates have a great experience along the way.  You will be working closely with all the teams across the growing organization and will have a perfect opportunity to drive creative projects that will impact and improve recruiting operations.

What you'll do:

  • Own and manage the interview scheduling process for the candidates.
  • Fostering the communication between departments involved in recruitment.
  • Define and improve processes in recruitment operations.
  • Ensure exceptionally positive candidate experience for all candidates.

Here’s how you fit in:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in HR or Customer service.
  • You are well familiar with GSuite, MS Office.
  • You have proven ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities;
  • You are a team player with a high sense of urgency.
  • You are a self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion for contributing to the team’s success.
  • You can communicate effectively at all levels, including top management.
  • Your level of English is Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with ATS like Greenhouse/Lever/etc.
  • Interest in developing within recruitment function.
