These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) are an integral part of the Terms of Service for Scanner Pro (“Terms”) and govern the Referral Program (“Program”) available to our Users.
Any aspects of the use of the Scanner Pro App not mentioned in these Referral Terms are governed by the Terms.
Under this Program, we offer rewards to our existing and referred users. For the purposes of these Referral Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Referrer” means any existing User of the Scanner Pro App, regardless of their subscription status (free or paid), who referred Referred Users to install the Scanner Pro App in accordance with these Referral Terms;
“Referral Program” means an incentive provided by Scanner Pro to encourage its users (Referrers) to introduce new users (Referred Users) to the Scanner Pro App.
“Referred User” means a potential user whom the Referrer refers in accordance with these Referral Terms.
By participating in the Program as a Referrer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with these Referral Terms, please refrain from participating in the Program.
90 days of use of the Scanner Pro Plus subscription plan free of charge for all Referrers (except for those users who are on an active monthly subscription or who transitioned from Scanner 7 with a one-time purchase).
30 days of use of the Scanner Pro Plus subscription plan free of charge for Referred Users who have never installed the Scanner Pro App before.
To participate in the Program as a Referrer, you will have to tap a relevant button in the App and follow the on-screen instructions.
To receive a reward, you must refer three potential users by sending them unique referral links embedding offer codes redeemable via the App Store’s mechanisms. You can share links via messages, e-mail, or other communication means available via the Share Gift menu in the App. Copying a link and pasting it in any messenger will not count as a successful referral.
After you share referral links with three potential users, your reward will be unlocked to redeem.
If you didn’t have an active subscription to the Scanner Pro Plus plan when redeeming the offer, your 90 days of free use of the Scanner Pro Plus subscription will start automatically. For those Referrers who have never tried the Scanner Pro Plus subscription plan during a standard free trial, a 90-day reward and a standard free trial offer shall apply simultaneously.
If you had an active annual subscription to the Scanner Pro Plus plan when redeeming the offer, your then-current subscription period will be extended by 90 days free of charge.
For Referrers who are on an active monthly subscription or who transitioned from Scanner 7 with a one-time purchase, we will maintain the “sharing is caring” logic. This means such Referrers will not get a 90-day reward, but their Referred Users will get a 30-day reward.
To get a reward, you must follow the unique referral link that you received from the Referrer and install the Scanner Pro App. After that, your 30 days of free use of the Scanner Pro Plus subscription will start automatically, extending the standard trial offer offered in the App.
Please note, to get a reward You must be a new user of the Scanner Pro App. For the purposes of these Referral Terms, you are considered a new user if you have never installed the Scanner Pro App on any of your devices using the same AppleID as you use when redeeming the offer code.
The referral offers are facilitated through the distribution of offer codes. These codes can be redeemed on devices running iOS 14, iPadOS 14, or later versions, either through the App Store's redemption flow or within the App itself, provided we have integrated the relevant API.
After the period of the use of the Scanner Pro Plus subscription plan free of charge expires, your App Store subscription fee for the annual Scanner Pro Plus subscription plan will be automatically charged unless you cancel the subscription in your device settings at least 24 hours before the billing date.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Referral Program and these Referral Terms at any time without notice.
