Today we are launching a new application — Documents . It is a robust document reader, media player and file manager for iPad.
Why should you install Documents on your iPad?
The application is super useful. A child could use it, but is can do so much, that we have a 20-page guide to cover everything. With all this power, Documents is completely free
(with no ads or in-app purchases).
The ultimate goal was to create an app that everyone will use. It had to be elegant, easy to use and powerful.

Document Viewer
Documents can view almost any file: Office, PDF, images, videos, music.. the list is endless. It also features a powerful PDF engine for super fast viewing and basic annotations like highlights and mark-ups.
Media Player
Brighten up your flights by watching favorite movies, entertain your friends with photos from trips, or simply relax on the couch while listening to the music.
File Manager
Sync files and folders with Dropbox, Google Drive and other cloud services. Get files from PC or Mac, save web pages and download files from the Web inside the application.
So why is Documents free
?
Documents is free forever. We may add pay-only features in the future, but everything you see today will be free tomorrow and forever. The goal to Documents is to have 100 million users and we want to remove any barrier on this way. Readdle has been profitable for years on our great iOS products. We can afford to flip the bill.
